Overview
The Finance Analyst (Settlement and Reconciliation) position is mainly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily settlements, preparation of transaction analysis and reporting to the company’s clients.
Responsibilities
- Verify settlement transactions and ensure that correct reports are emailed to clients as per the agreed period.
- Compare and match settlement transactions and balances to internal and external balancing sources such as settlement statements.
- Resolve discrepancies identified in the reconciliation process.
- Report any discrepancies to concerned sections in a timely manner with recommendations and resolutions (if any).
- Accomplish daily reconciliation.
- Create, maintain, and update reconciliation procedures for assigned PTOs and Merchants.
- Ensure reconciliation reports are provided to clients as per agreement.
