Reports directly to Vice President & General Manager and President for planning, organizing and administration of the Accounting Department.
Responsibilities
- Manages the overall functions of the Finance & Accounting Department in attaining its role in the company; Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department’s goal and objectives.
- Oversees the Finance & Accounting staff performances and sees to it that the desired level of output and deadlines are achieved; ensures employees operate within guidelines.
- Recommends benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
- Coordinates financial audit and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
