About this role:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager, largely across the accounts receivable and reconciliations space. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing bank reconciliations and processing journals
• Managing credit cards, reimbursements and overseas payments
• Supporting IRD returns and related compliance tasks
• Assisting with accounts receivable invoicing and customer account queries
• Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
• Providing general finance and administrative support across the team
