About the Role

As a Finance Associate , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Manage and improve financial processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
