Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Monitor daily bank balances and assist with weekly cash flow updates and payments.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in GST filing and corporate tax schedule preparation.
Maintain organized financial records and support ad-hoc administrative or project tasks.
Draft responses to queries from bankers, auditors, or counterparties.
Follow financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and finance best practices.
Requirements:
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry audit firm experience preferred.
