Finance Business Partner

IAG Transform provides creative and innovative solutions to drive sustainable transformation by delivering procurement and airline services, as well as group-wide systems across IAG. Purpose of the role

• Provide finance support & challenge to the operating functions making up IAG Transform.
• Be the first point of financial control for these teams, including spend vs budget, approving purchase orders, approving the recruitment.
• Report on YTD spend versus budget and work with these Directors to identify mitigating actions for any forecast overspends.
• Play a key role in the financial planning process, including forecasting, budgeting and the strategic five-year plan.
