**About the job**

Reporting to the CFO Taiwan/Hong Kong , FBP is responsible for providing financial and business support to Business Units as Finance business partner. The position provides appropriate financial assessment for management to make informed business decisions.

**Key Accountabilities:**

+ Support new product launches through financial planning, pricing strategy, market access economics, and launch performance tracking
+ Ensure commercial decisions and plans are properly translated into financial targets and business cases
+ Work to ensure all plans and forecasts (including monthly and quarterly revenue outlooks) are as accurate as possible and reflect all known commercial conditions
+ Support finance transformation initiatives including process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement across the cluster
