**In this role, a typical day will look like:**

**1. Financial Management & Reporting**

+ Lead end-to-end country financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and statutory filings.
+ Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with corporate and regional requirements.
+ Maintain adherence to local statutory regulations.
+ Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities within the country.

**2. Budgeting & Forecasting**

+ Drive country-level budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business leaders and the APAC regional finance team.
+ Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
+ Monitor performance against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
