Finance Director Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, performance-driven monthly reporting; oversee outsourced accounting and guarantee the accuracy of financial data.
• Structure and lead FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, performance tracking).
• Analyze and challenge growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the financial evaluation of projects and deals.
• Build business cases and challenge pricing strategies and margins.
• Manage treasury, cash flow and overall financial visibility.
• Maintain relationships with financial partners and auditors.
• Direct report to the CEO.
