Finance Director – Singapore

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Monitor and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Partner with business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
