Aufgabengebiet Assist on all corporate finance activities, including capital raising, investor relations and reporting, strategic partnerships and M&A. Manage the Finance & reporting functions of Group in Singapore (including consolidation) and oversee these functions within the Group globally. Develop and implement prudent management of the company's financial and accounting metrics as well as liquidity needs.
