Job Description
Responsibilities - Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
- Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
- Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
- Prepare and review annual budget
- Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
- Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
Requirements - Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting
- Strong analytical thought process, able to handle tight timeline and stress
- Meticulous and can work independently and as a team player
