Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations
· Take full responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting
· Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
· Ensure financial records and controls comply with corporate policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements
· Manage cash flow, fixed asset register, credit control, and receivables
· Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation
· Monitor and maintain effective internal control systems
· Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
