Your tasks:

Based in Milan, you will support the Finance team in monitoring business performance and contributing to financial planning and analysis activities.

Financial Planning: support the Finance team in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Italy

Performance Analysis: contribute to monitoring financial performance by analyzing key metrics such as revenue, cost of sales, and major expense items

Business Partnering: collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, and Demand Planning) to collect and validate data supporting financial analysis

Reporting & Insights: assist in the preparation of financial reports and management presentations, supporting variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
