This is a hands‑on, senior finance leadership role covering a 6‑month maternity leave period. This person will oversee the company's financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning across an 8‑country Asia business. The role leads the finance department end‑to‑end and works closely with the CFO and executive team to ensure continuity, rigour, and performance across all finance functions during the cover period.

This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

• Lead finance team in all financial reporting, monthly management accounts, stakeholder reporting, and balanced scorecard reporting
