Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor departmental expenses against budget.
  • Support department heads with financial analysis and cost management.
