Manage the end-to-end delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring robust variance analysis that identifies commercial risks and opportunitiesLead the monthly P&L review process with operations, translating complex financial data into actionable operational insightsDrive the annual budgeting and forecasting processMaintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedulesOptimise cash flow management by overseeing the end-to-end AR and AP cyclesOversee all external reporting requirementsIdentify opportunities to digitise and automate manual finance processes, leveraging AI and modern ERP capabilitiesMotivate and lead your team, providing performance leadership in the form of coaching and mentoring, on a regular basis Skills & Experience
