Deliverables / Key Responsibilities - Experience in complex Defence projects, within a finance and/or cost management role.
- Strong ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships, including communicating with influence.
- Proven capability to analyse financial data and provide strategic advice to senior decision-makers, including identifying and articulating risks.
- Experience in cost estimation, cost analysis, and cost validation.
- Ability to solve complex problems and actively manage issues to support capability delivery, with an understanding of technical and operational requirements.
- A demonstrated ability to show initiative and work autonomously.
