• Own end to end functional scope and business adoption for assigned workstreams, maintaining alignment with operational needs across solution design, build, testing, and deployment


• Serve as the primary functional escalation point to address scope gaps, quality issues, or misalignment to business needs


• Review and approve functional design deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements, including RTM's, Excel Mockups, From-To process flows, user test scripts, etc.
