JOB DESCRIPTION

Objectives of the role

To provide dedicated financial oversight and support for the NA Target Operating Model program, with a specific focus on:

- Tracking resource transitions (headcount and related costs and savings)

- Liaising with local HR and Project teams to validate related people costs

- Ensuring correct accounting treatment (e.g., restructured, and non-restructured)

- Quantifying and tracking associated Investments and Net Run Impact (New On-Going Costs Gross Savings) Actuals against the approved business cases

- Forecasting all aspects of the Project spend (Investments, New Run Costs, Gross Savings) with comparisons against approved business cases

- Submit quarterly Comparability Adjustments, as required
