The Finance Manager serves as a key financial leader for our clients Cement Division. The role supports the Business Head and Plant Leadership in driving financial planning performance monitoring and strategic decision-making aligned with operational goals. The incumbent ensures strong financial governance across accounting controlling taxation and reporting functions in compliance with IFRS Company Group policies and UAE regulations. This role also leads and develops the Cement Finance team promoting a culture of cost discipline process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
