Role Overview

The Financial Planning & Reporting Head leads the organization's financial planning, management reporting, and performance analytics functions. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information to support strategic decision-making. It serves as a key partner to senior leadership in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; must be a CPA
• Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience handling multiple business units or entities is an advantage
