Role Summary Red Fort Capital is hiring a hands-on Manager - Finance / Controller for its RBI-registered NBFC business focused on secured MSME lending. This is not an audit-led role. The company needs a finance and operations leader who can run the finance function, control cash flows, ensure costs are correctly captured, strengthen MIS, support lending operations, and maintain disciplined financial controls in a growing NBFC environment.
