  responsibility of the finance department and providing leadership to the
  accounting team.
 Ensuring
  that statutory returns are maintained and paid on time.
 Manage
  all accounting operations.
 Maintaining
  the creditors and debtor’s records of the company in order, and ensuring
  timely payment of creditors and collection of debts.
 Maintaining
  correcting bank positions and records of all the monies collected.
 Keeping
  a budget and forecasting of the company's expenses.
 
  Responsibilities 
 Financial
  and tax planning and modeling.
 Preparation
  of timely management accounts and financial reports.
 Preparation
  of annual financial statements and overseeing external audit process.
