About the Role

This role is a key strategic finance position within our Philippines subsidiary , partnering closely with local and APAC leadership to drive financial performance, governance, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in close collaboration with the MU Manager.
• Oversee financial analysis, cash flow management, and monthly reporting, providing clear insights to MU Management and APAC leadership.
• Ensure accounting accuracy, compliance, and internal control, including year-end closing and audit coordination.
• Drive treasury, receivables, and payables management to secure cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Supervise account reconciliations, resolve invoicing and accounting issues, and manage financial risks.
• Oversee payroll processing and tax reporting for the Philippines entity.
