POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER / ASST. FINANCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and consolidates the Scorecard of business units and ensures consistency and accuracy of external disclosures of SM Property group data. Completes and reviews portfolio of each BU for BOD meetings with relevant information (same-store rent, occupancy, real estate sales, cost and gross profit, etc.).
• Completes and reviews Key operating metrics of each BU for the SMPHI Quarterly Analyst and Investors briefing presentation. Assists the Investor Relations team in responding to Investors/Analysts' queries.
• Completes information requirements for Retail Treasury Bond (RTB) and Euro Medium-term Note (EMTN). Assist Treasury and SMIC in the completion of Prospectus, Offer Supplement, and Offer Circular.
