This position is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting operations within a property development group. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, project-level cost control, and supporting management in decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and detailed variance analysis for ongoing projects
