Job Description
Job Details - Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities - Support the Group’s Private Funds covering real estate properties and alternative investments in Asia Pacific
- Manage the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance
- Prepare consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries and associate
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investors reports
- Liaise with fund managers on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts, quarterly forecast and annual budget
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated management account
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds quarterly forecasts and annual budget
