Purpose of role: This role strengthens the quality, consistency, and reliability of Dyson’s statutory reporting and financial close processes. As the business grows, the Finance Manager ensures our accounting policies, reporting structures, and statutory compliance are executed with clarity, discipline, and sound judgement. The role suits someone who brings structure, analytical depth, and a high bar for reporting integrity across a global environment.

• Support Group audit delivery, ensuring timely, accurate submissions with minimal issues.
• Coordinate global statutory audits with Shared Services and market teams.
