Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Manage the full set of accounts and oversee the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow forecasting, treasury, and banking matters.
- Prepare and review group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and related‑party transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, GST (where applicable), CPF, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support business decisions.
- Establish and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance procedures.
