The Opportunity:

This role sits within Ashurst Service Central's Finance Operations function and provides operational support across E-Billing and Rates & Matter Administration (RAMA).


The Finance Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting the successful integration of client billing operations following the Ashurst and Perkins Coie merger, while also contributing to business-as-usual activities across Finance Operations.


The role combines day-to-day operational responsibilities with merger and integration activities, including client onboarding, data validation, portal administration and matter maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure information is maintained accurately, operational processes are delivered efficiently, and a high standard of service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders.
