About the Role The International Payroll & Finance Analyst combines technical expertise, project management, and employee relations all in one. The role plays a key part in preparing monthly payroll instructions to third‑party vendors, supporting internal payroll projects, and acting as a trusted advisor to vendors and stakeholders regarding integrated solutions and implementation projects.
Job Scope - Accounting:
- Support APAC regions on payroll accounting activities.
- Manage the month‑end close process, prepare assigned entries, reconcile assigned accounts, run financial schedules, prepare variance analysis, and follow up/research questions as needed.
- Manage payroll account reconciliations.
- Manage monthly payroll accruals.
- Monitor payroll suspense accounts and ensure proper clearance.
- Work closely with Treasury for cash forecasting and payment analyses.
