The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage a specific Finance Division ensuring optimal performance and compliance with Divisional Finance guidelines. This role involves leading the accounting compliance activities, engaging with external stakeholders to influence financial reporting, and contributing to the achievement of Group finance objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of finance operations to meet specific and changing needs, ensuring timely submission of financial information for consolidation.
- Analyse financial data, identify trends and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assess, document, and improve Divisional finance processes and systems continually.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of programmes resulting through regulatory change.
- Provide strategic plans for assigned regions. and input to the VP of Finance Services.
