Job Description
To lead the accounting function and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations, strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team of at least 6 members.
- Allocate workload, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure adequate resource planning, task allocation, and staff development.
Accounting Operations
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AR, AP, FA, CM, IC and GL functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Manage closing schedules and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
