Financial Accountant
Overview
Absolute Pets is a growing Pet Care Retailer and is looking for an individual to join their finance team. The successful candidate will need to ensure the accurate recording, reporting and analysis of Absolute Pets financial transactions enabling informed decision making and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Rental Management
- Compiling the turnover rent schedule and submitting turnover information to landlords.
- Accounting for refundable deposits and guarantees, including maintaining up-to-date records of Property Rental Guarantees and Landlord Information.
- Compiling and / or reviewing and analysing schedules from rental invoices.
- Performing reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and Property Lease Schedule.
- Liaising with landlords to obtain usage breakdowns and analysing utilities.
