Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Manage Hire Purchase Amortisation schedules
- Prepare financial statements for external audits
- Process monthly journals
- Prepare VAT returns for the Botswana branch
- Handle payroll accounting, including salary and wage inputs, staff purchases, staff loans, clothing accounts, and other deductions
- Perform internal auditing functions
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Process post-audit journals
- Provide support to the Financial Manager
