Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
• Maintain general ledger with accurate transaction postings.
• Ensure timely reporting to meet the Group standards and deadlines.
• Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of yearly budget, quarterly forecast and the 3-year plan.
• Manage debtors and creditors, including timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely statutory submissions including CSG, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Corporate Tax and APS on MNS or other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the accounting records and compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and that existing policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Monitor hotel revenues, costs, and key performance metrics and variance analysis.
