Manage the end‑to‑end customer experience for new and existing business by providing first‑line support to resolve queries. Be responsible for procurement of new business and expand sales of products and services with existing customers. Work mainly with own leads. Qualifications and Experience Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4). At least 24 months experience in short‑term insurance. Appropriate insurance qualification (FAIS and RE5).
