About the Role:

Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to evaluate the financial feasibility and profitability of real estate assets, guide investment and development decisions, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial evaluations of real estate assets (raw land, lease properties, vertical/horizontal projects)
• Build financial models and run sensitivity analyses
• Provide data-driven recommendations for investment, development, selling, and leasing decisions
• Support strategic planning to align real estate activities with financial objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2–3 years experience in inventory, pricing, terms of payment, and P&L preparation
