Job Description
- Responsible with the high degree of interaction with the Bank.
- Responsible with the preparation and execution of corporate finance transactions which would involve:
- cash flow management
- analysis of the Group's operations and financials
- project feasibility studies
- loan applications and;
- writing information memoranda
- Responsible with the preparation and creation of reports for the shareholders.
- Participate in credit/ investment discussions and assist in the preparation of all necessary documents requested by these counter-parties.
- Contribute with the Business development by:
- conceptualization / feasibility studies
- establishing and implementation of policies
- With 2 to 4 year s of working experience in Corporate Finance
- Graduates with the degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
