Financial Care Officer is responsible for ensuring that financial care services anddocumentation management activities are timely and accurately executed according toestablished policies, procedures and internal controls. Performs all document relatedfunctions. Also, Financial Care Officer has to ensure that all contacts with the public areconducted in a polite, cordial, concerned and efficient manner in order to project a goodpublic relation and professional image. To ensure patients' information are kept up to dateand compliance with personal data privacy act (PDPA).

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
