Key Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end close by WD10, with a roadmap to improve to WD8.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and reliable management accounts.
• Maintain full balance sheet integrity, including timely reconciliations.
• Review and approve cashbook, journals, and accounting accuracy.
• Uphold strong cut‑off discipline.
• Support acquisition accounting and oversee financial integration of newly acquired practices.
• Provide leadership within a transactional finance team during a period of significant growth.
