About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Director to lead the finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax management, and internal controls, preferably within the fintech, payments, financial services, or cryptocurrency industry.
This role will work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Japanese regulations, and the continued growth of the business.
