Tarsus Distribution is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance across multiple African countries. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision‑making by collecting, analysing, and reporting key financial data, while also streamlining and automating month‑end financial reporting procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

A critical part of the role involves maintaining the general ledger and trial balances in line with IFRS and accounting standards, as well as designing, implementing processes and controls to strengthen the internal financial control environment, ensure compliance with local regulations, effective cash management, and supports commercial decision‑making in a multi‑currency, multi‑entity environment.
