Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and business performance reviews
• Partner with management on strategic and operational decisions
• Lead statutory audits, tax matters and regulatory compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and spearhead process improvements
• Manage banking relationships, government grants and external stakeholders
• Oversee IT administration and lead the Finance & IT team
