A leading construction company with operations in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and KSA is looking for an experienced Financial Director to lead its financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting and compliance across the UAE, Qatar and KSA.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT and related party transactions.
- Manage project cost control, project cash flow and financial risk assessment.
- Establish and maintain strong banking relationships to secure credit facilities and manage financing structures.
- Implement and enhance ERP systems to optimize financial reporting and internal controls.
