Financial Director – Construction Sector

A rapidly growing construction organisation is recruiting a Financial Director to lead financial strategy, performance management, and operational finance as the business scales nationally.

Role Focus Strategic financial leadership and Board advisory. M&A execution and capital allocation. Banking, bonding and funding strategy. 3-year planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Profitability analysis, KPI development and performance reporting. Financial governance, compliance and risk management. Team leadership and financial systems optimisation. Minimum Requirements CA(SA) essential; MBA/MCom advantageous. 10+ years finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role. High-growth environment experience (scale-up). Construction/project-based industry experience beneficial. Strong M&A, banking, and capital-raising exposure. Apply
