Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DIVISION of MCLB ALBANY GA. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will conduct formulation of budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities, review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.
