Duties: - Lead the finance operations, including transactional finance and payroll
- Own the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reviews
- Prepare management accounts, board reporting, and financial commentary
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
- Partner with business leaders to review performance and drive efficiencies
- Strengthen controls and support continuous improvement initiatives
