Job Description
This job performs a range of general, clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions of the company. The responsibility includes keeping the financial records updated and preparing financial reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit on time an accurate financial statement.
- Handle daily and weekly bank reconciliation and SL-GL reconciliation.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports for PEZA.
- Prepare the following reports but not limited to profitability reports, accounts schedules, coding of expenses, IRO reports.
- Prepares accruals and month end amortization and depreciation.
- Handles and monitor petty cash.
- Prepares the company's quarterly expenses summary.
